How cool is your ringtone?

Mine? Not very...for the simple reason that I haven't gone on-line to download whatever is the very latest. (I'm not even sure who or what that would be.) So when you call me, I'll get a delightful little Windows mobile ditty...straight from Bill Gate's factory to my ears.

That's not true of the teenagers who piled into the church this afternoon. They are an amazing tribe. Their phones ring...loud and with much variety. They are constantly talking, texting, laughing...all the while they're hauling in loads of groceries for the food pantry. Yep. That's why they were here. They took the better part of today out of their vacation time...away from their camps and practices and rehearsals and laying on the beach time...to make sure that when the pantry doors open to those in need, that need will be met.

These kids...they're even cooler than their ringtones.

Well PD, ringtones are cool. I agree. I have used several (a lot) of my minutes perusing the RealTone Jukebox, Hah! I agree they are not as cool as the teenagers. They are the best bunch of young people! I like to assign a ringtone to each one of my contacts. It takes awhile to choose just the right one...something that definitely reminds me of who is calling. Mom and Dad have always been FANTASTIC dancers. I used to love to go to dances with them when I was young (and old) and watch them dance for hours. So, Mom has had ringtones such as The Twist and the CanCan. Nicci loves the song Testify to Love, so that is hers. Chris...I could pick hundreds for him, however, now he has Pirates of the Caribbean-The Black Pearl from his first year of marching band. Tom - Gimme 3 Steps (always playing it on the guitar), Laura - The Best of Both Worlds (she is a huge Hannah Montana fan) yes even at the age of 20...and so on. I must say though, I like the one assigned to Nicci...the lyrics something like...with every breath I take, I give thanks to God above...as long as I shall live I will testify to Love...
We are truly Blessed!
Peace to you,
Cheryl
