Community

Who decided that churches had to always be somber places? One of the results of the new life we are given by God's grace is joy...joy in the knowledge of our salvation through Jesus, and joy in the gathering of the community which shares in God's good gifts.

We like to celebrate. We enjoy one another's company. And so we make time for a variety of events throughout the year that allow us just to be together. For example:

Join us on Friday, April 11 for a Family Movie Night. It begins at 7:30pm. We're pulling out the popcorn machine and stirring up some punch. The feature will be "Ratatouille"...a full-length animated film about a rat who really wants to be a chef. It's great fun for kids and adults alike. Bring a blanket to throw on the Fellowship Hall floor, if you like. And bring a friend. It's all free...just a good opportunity to have some fun together.
